Who needs a hug?

What sort of thread? I'm pretty sure it's a thread where you can just ask for hugs from females.

Ya, but you can't use a 8) emoticon in the process of asking for a hug -- that's like hitting on girls.

The point of thread is to encourage people who are feeling down. You can start a "hit on girls" thread if u want to :P, in the Love and Dating section, not The Haven.
