Been feeling kind of ____ (blank) today.

It would be a 0, but I just ate some yummy pizza.

^^ Which reminds me, I was supposed to start my diet today! PAH!

8, it's a marvolous day. The weather is nice is sunny, i've got easter eggs and some of my relatives (nan, auntie and cousin) are coming for tea later.
I had a wonderful dream last night about kssing a boy I fancy.

i am feeling a 1 today and yesterday and many days before and prob tomorrow

2. Not too bad. Some difficulty posting the last couple of days. I think of something to post then decide not to because it feels too exposing. And there's this background of general guilt for no apparent reason, as though everything's my fault, though I know it's unreasonable. It's also contradictory, because I'll simultaneously feel guilty for doing something well and not well enough.

The day started ok, (3 or 4 on the score board), not bad at all, but this afternoon my one year younger sister with husband and their three kids came over. Which is totally fine and nice and for the kids (for the two oldest, 5 and 7 y/o, the youngest is almost 1) I'm their silly uncle (I am). I love those kids very much but what I'm trying to say that after two hours all my energy was gone. Talking, playing, acting silly and they have been gone for over an hour but I'm beat. Almost eight o'clock here and I'm really tired and I'd say -2 mood wise. Bugger.

I think I died and gone to hell. Long story short, I'm being punished for being punished... for being punished... for being called stupid.. basicaly. If it wasn't for the people I love, I WOULD KILL MYSELF FOR SURE!!

Sorry to hear that. I felt like that this weekend (-eight) chin up things will improve.

5 because I am excited about my trip (but scared at the same time due to the thought insertion) and I am starting to hear voices and having more hallucinations again. Yay, I'm going on a trip while psychotic and in excruciating pain. How fun. I pray this doesn't ruin the trip.

-10 keep having nightmares about my deepest fears and getting depressed all over again. don't know if I can handle sobriety or trying to deal with things "straight" anymore. it's too damn hard for me but i'm TRYING!

On the upside, I think this forum and some of the members have kept me sane. I know what I'd do without some of the members that have been helpful to me here.

-10 because for every 1 FireBird supporter (who believes that I am suffering and not making up my illness) there are 10 FireBird haters that wants me to die.

^ Well FireBird, hang on for the supporters you have! I may not always know what to say to people but I do think you're worth supporting.

MissC, I feel the same way about some of the members here too. Hang in there for those members but most importantly for yourself.

Not bad. Being around people today helped keep my mind off of my troubles for a little while.

+6 I was actually surprised that dinner went smoothly today. Went out and found my first geocache too, which was cool.
