4, I'm feeling confused. I was in a stable mood, then something gave me one emotion, then something else another, then something else another.
So I'm feeling a big mish mash of feelings and I don't know what they all are.

1, aaaaaah I'm at my nans at the moment and my mum just phoned and she told me to phone my friend to ask his mum what he wants for his birthday! aaaaah I hate ringing them, I am dreading it now my heart it pounding.
oomg I have to phone, how shall I start how shall I end the call? omfg

Yeah, that lucky SOB... How I wish I was him. :roll:

Right now I'm hanging at maybe a +5... But dill pickle chips sound like a pretty good idea right now. Might push me up to a 6 or 7! :wink:

I should probably save them for later though; I could reach a possible +12 then.

Agitated. I'm still trying to adjust to my job, which, involving interaction with customers, happens to be quite stressing, but I think the main problem is the way I approach it, I should definitely try to let go and instead I'm too worried of how people may see me. Mood is ok anyway, on the hyper side :alien: , I feel full of energy, I "just" need to give it a stable direction.

Forgot to give a number....7, the magic number :wink:

Blah (3x), my mood is so-so today, meh like, 0, maybe 1 on the score board but.... first grocery store and then dinner, maybe that would do some good and keep me on the plus side.

I sometimes feel scared when I feel happy, because there is always a chance of things getting worse. Just hang in there.

For me, +2 again. At least I have some fantasy sports to play on the internet.

3, I came back from my nanas house late this morning, but i'm not used to going home then it's usually I go on saturday and come back on sunday, so now I feel really weird, it just doesn't feel right to be home on saturday afternoon.
Ah well atleast I'm going a day trip to wales tomorrow but if only I didn't have to sit in a stuffy car for an hour and half!

Thank you, CelticGoddess and Zen Mistress for the kind words.

About the food.... yep, I did. Made chicken/ vegetable soup and yeah always good (imso). Also.... Im'subjective'o, there is a correlation between well being and certain food intake or lack of some, doing the opposite.

Anyway, normally I sleep about six hours a night but I went to bed a little over midnight and slept till 13h30 (with a few breaks, waking up). That's bizarrely long for me (guess I needed it) and I must say it did me good.

And now way into the afternoon the sun is shining here and my mood is good so I'd say about +4.
