Uhm hm about a 0, I suppose. I feel pretty crappy from drinking coffee this morning.. really shaky and heard pounding.. I'm really destracted/hard to concentrate but I need to get som ework done so I am trying to push myself. Have been going over some divorce stuff which is a bit sad even though I am very eager to get it done. Sobering is the corerct word, I suppose. And I really need to pee.

But in general things are pretty good so I can't put myself in the negative :) I'd definately be in the positives if I were at home with my love. I will call him soon and eat lunch which will make me happy.

I'm feeling pretty happy and content at the moment. My friends and I have a laugh everyday and I love them to bits. My prom dress has been delivered today, tried it on and it fits perfect and is flattering. I am just in a general good mood and I want to skip in flowers and wear tie dye like a high hippy.

The only downside though is I have teerrrible period pain (sorry lads lol) and it's exruciating!! But I'm used to it so meh whatever

-9999999999999 the s**t continues. Now my mom is sick. Now to most people that would be nothing but when she gets sick, there are times where its a near death experience....even from a simple cold. Nothing but stress. There is no good. Just going downhill, crashing and burning. There is no more mania for me, just dark depression. Oh God what else is going to go wrong?

I'm doing well, I hope everyone whose numbers are low can find peace and relief. :)

-3.

Body in perpetual overload: not sleeping well; weakness; muscle aches and tremors. Awaiting the outcome of complaints procedures, which could take days, or even weeks. There's too much at stake--basic rights and services--to relax. I've started to have morbid thoughts. Perhaps I should see a doctor. At least my confidence has improved in that I've no more tolerance for taking what others dish out.

This morning (4/29/2009) on my way to work---I was a "10." Let me explain:

I was driving down the two-lane country road as I always do. I was driving right at the speed limit of 55mph. And as is often the case, up comes a tail-gater on me. Usually I will slow down, but this morning I remained at 55 mph. Then, I entered the long one mile straight stretch. There was a car approaching, but the tail-gater decided to pass me anyway. He was zooming by getting closer and closer to the oncoming car leaving me in his wake. I said to myself, "I hope that (oncoming) car is a policeman." Wow!! ! It was!! ! The state patrolman U-turned his car around behind me and zoomed past me and pulled the speeder over. As I drove by, the patrolman had opened the door on the speeder's car. It is nice to see justice served. After twenty-one years of driving this road every working morning, and often getting rude cars tail-gating me when I'm driving the speed limit, it was nice to see one pulled over by the state patrol.

I'm not attending my last day of classes. I gave up on school about 2, 2.5 weeks ago. I'm going to Kaplan Career Institute for computer technician training.
Anyway, even though I've given up, I feel like my decision is the "wrong" one, and i still feel crappy about it. I don't know

I'm on the negative side of the scale at the moment. For sure but not sure why.

I'm feeling slightly better, slightly. I still feel fragile emotionally but I'm trying to think about nice things, and the one person that actually makes me happy right now. Everyone else is just f*****g things up.
