Well, not much has changed. I'm still a +5 and feeling sort of neutral. I don't think I need to elaborate.

^ Happy Birthday. Hope it turns out better than you think.

Hugs to ((((((((((((Daniel, Jawbrodt, Strapples))))))))))) ^

2. Feel like I am always binge eating and I seem to like chocolate more than anything in the world. At times I have wanted to be just locked up in a room of chocolate and eat and eat and eat it infinitely.

But this is very bad. I should not like food this much. What is wrong with me. Anyway quietish day, though went shopping, bought some tracksuit pants and tried out the exercycles in the sports shop, wanted an exercycle after that. But it is $700 and bulky to transport around.

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

3. Still doing well; am surprised. Very sleep-deprived, though, and it feels like my mind has slowed down, because all thought is foggy.

A perfect zero. Not happy. Not sad. Balanced. Detached.

Been doing some experimenting. The past week had some very high days--a couple +8s. It was difficult, but I was able to get down from the high a few notches. Which was wonderful. Just a little worrying and negative thinking did the trick. But of course I knew it was all a game. Still it worked. I found that I could accomplish a lot in increments. Go from +8 to +5, from +5 to +3. Hung around +3 forever. But eventually got to +2.

The thing I realized is that my highs are exaggerated and superficial. They have no depth to them. Yeah....it feels good. It feels fantastic. But it's not that real.

The idea is that next time I have a -8 or -10, I'll be able to do the reverse. Think positive, think about the things I love....and get up out of the depression. I was able to convert a -3 very quickly into a -1, simply by thinking positively. The lows are as unreal as the highs.

All about the middle path. Buddhism.

2. Feel a general sense of blahness. Also cannot get an exercycle because my mother doesnt want any machinery in her house. Grrrr. But my yoga is going well and I think the eye exercises are helping a little.
