When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

-2. Pretty damn bored and don't really have many ideas on how to remedy that situation.

-7 (again) Yesterday it was anger, and today it's depression. So I doubt I'll be a +1 in a few hours like i was last night. Depression usually takes longer to fade. :ncool:

+7... best I've felt in several weeks. I ended up forcing myself to be over-the-top social with some friends I hadn't seen in a while, and it worked really well. i'm exhausted from that effort now, but it was worth it.

This number will drop during the week, though... really apprehensive about my first psych screening in 8 years.

-999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 I hate myself and my family hates me. I am a burden to the universe. There is not much to say. Just failure. My mom actually rates the BIRDS higher than me. Yes, that's true, she rates and loves the pet birds more than me, as I am the scum of this planet. My family claims to "support" me but all they do is lie and put me down. Hopefully the Gov's war will come soon, so the "human" race will be wiped out. Or the aliens invade.

A 4. It is a cloudy day and looks like it is going to rain. I am not entirely upset by this though as I like rain, especially heavy rain, and hope some of it will happen today.

0. Was tired and overloaded today. I felt like a walk this evening and took one, even though I'd recently started to feel ill. After about 5 minutes, I knew I had to turn back. I started to feel pain and faintness. I couldn't make it back home and ended up immobile on the ground. It was raining. I threw up from the anxiety, which made me feel better--enough to make it home--and now I'm a bit down because it makes me realise just how my sensitivities limit me. (I mean, I only made it as far as 5 minutes from home! :( )
