+2. No work, a lazy Sunday afternoon, I can spend the entire day loafing around playing games or watching shows. Have a little anxiety at the back of my mind that has yet to really surface yet. Maybe I'll go for a run or hit the gym to burn off excess tension.

2. Feel bright and ok but my mind appears to be on an addictive, understimulated rampage... its like I am in a sensory deprivation tank. I long to do something which will make me feel better, but what?!? Wish I could win lotto, and then have enough money to go anywhere.

3 and fading fast....
Another day of fruitless science (Goldilocks and the 3 bear situation with gels, too lumpy, too runny.....then no results) in Sheffield- Kingdom of Rain. And Floods.

Worsened by student party going on in accommodation hell hole, I bet there is at least one Toby and Jocasta, probably wearing a jumper tied round their shoulders and calling everyone "dood". The swines.

3. I need to go out somewhere today, it is not good for me to be at home so much. I guess go to the shops again and perhaps the cinema at some point. I have a free carpark in town voucher so I think I will use it.

-10 people always bring out the worst in me.

+5. Very calm, very peaceful. Just got back from a late-night jog, it was so quiet outside, and stars above me and the cool wind on my face... I wish I always felt this level of peace.

Sort of bored, sort of happy, sort of anxious, sort of curious, sort of restless, sort of hungry, sort of tired......sort of feelin' like a +6.

^ Yeah I have thought of that, but it is not an option for many reasons. Instead I am going to buy some acrylic paints tomorrow. And perhaps go to the cinema by myself at 1.40pm.

3. It is rather cold today... hard to get out of bed. Luckily I am going away on Friday with my parents to visit my Uncle. I need a holiday... I am going to go swimming in the sea there as many times as i can.

Anyway I think the mission today is the cinema and purchase of acrylic paints.
