Negative something.
I've spent one day back at work and already I'm overwhelmed.
I feel rotten physically and mentally.
My internet isn't working, so I'm having to use my family's computer to get online.
My father deliberately makes noise in the mornings to wake me up, so I'm trying to survive on 5 hours sleep per night. I tried using earplugs to block him out, but they didn't work.
With this and work, I have no energy left to do anything that I enjoy.
Or to find more work so I can live independently.
I am going to be stuck here forever.

My computer's broken, i lost all my writing files, the internet isn't working and i've got a headache.

On the up side however, Tim's post made me laugh.

-Sleep deprived.
-My computer's broken (the one with Vista).
-Someone lost a medical letter sent months ago and I am being penalised for their negligence.
-I am also being penalised for my disability because the doctor's surgery will not accommodate it to enable me to obtain another copy of the letter in time (someone without my difficulty with phones would have obtained the copy today, as requested).
-The person who was negligent in losing the letter has also caused a lot of unnecessary grief this week and I strongly suspect they are also lying to me.
-Even though I lodged more than one formal complaint against them--and won--and no longer work in the institution, I am still required to deal with them due to no one having any real power over them.
-My other formal complaint against my local health authority is overdue by months and so I have no idea whether I will be granted autism-specific services, which are officially a right anyway.

Whatever.

+2 less overloaded than yesterday. hopefully to stay like that

An advocate went out of their way and managed to help me acquire another copy of the medical letter that someone had lost.

The person penalising me apparently emailed the advocate saying that if they did not receive it pretty much immediately I would not have anything to do with the institution again. I am not even receiving an income from the place so do not understand why they are being so stringent about chasing it up.

After the drawn-out and eventually successful complaints procedure I went though recently, this is very harsh considering I was not the one who lost the letter. Apparently they have had a problem with me over this matter for about 3 weeks but did not have the sense to contact me directly to ask about it. If they had, I could have obtained another copy much earlier. The doctor confirmed that the original medical letter had been sent out months ago, so they can no longer penalise me in theory. I think the doctor is furious. The disability advocate was in disbelief at how the department were treating me, especially after all they did in the past. I'm feeling it now.

Threatened, hurt/10. The feeling isn't fresh, though. I'm just emotionally scarred by memories. Funny thing is I'm trying to get more traumatized, so those things will seem like nothing, and I hope I get it SEVERELY.

Massive fight at home (can something be massive if it happens every few days?), I've been stuck inside all day, I havn't slept properly in days (going to sleep at 4 and waking at 9), I'm feeling mentally nauseous, I'm sick of living and I feel like a horrible person. To top that a tornado appeared behind my house, in Ireland (the chances are extremely slim, I've didn't know Ireland had hurricanes ever) and I didn't get any good shots of it. And I just finished my last book
