* Still laughing at the above avatar and custom rank...

A 3+ Feeling positive, weather is ok, sound therapy is going ok. I found that after I took antidepressants I had more problems processing sounds but the sound therapy seems to be addressing that, so I am happy. I am at a weird point in my life where I need to make some decisions but I have made up my mind now and I feel happy with what I have decided. Wont be easy though. And I still have a lot of work to do on myself. A lot.

Internet trolls. Don't you hate them? :x *I havn't noticed them in this thread yet. hmm no wander this thread thrives so well.* One of them doesn't know what the term "listen, and think before speaking" stands for, apparently. Three others used the hook and snatch technique on me, and I won't let it go for a while.

Most of my problems are still there, but, from the 15th onward, I've only had two days of terrible headaches and fatigue!

I've also slept through the night several times, and even though I was a wake during the night for two hours straight last night, I felt fairly good today.

Also, there were no nights (since the 15th... the 14th was horrible) where I didn't sleep or got almost none.

Obviously, my sleep has a long way to go before I'm anywhere near "normal" (for me, anyway), but, well, EVERYTHING is better when you're sleeping OK. (and, by extension, things should be great when you're sleeping great)

To be metaphoric.. I'm not a toy or chunk of clay someone throws to the floor at the molders feet to shape and toast in the oven. I'm more of a dried out boot marked blop with scratch marks. I don't need or require manipulation, cheap clishays (pardon my spelling), more hitting and bashing, and certainly not throwing or kicking or screwing of nails. Other people don't need or require it either. We all prefer an examination of our textures and colors. Not whacking, bashing, drowning, and what have you. How about useing hands and brains? But don't feel left. Other's have gone through this with us many times before, and let's face it... we're all sick and tired of it.

anti-diverse Trolls are a pain, and we're sick and tired what they give away.

I did have to jinx it with that post, didn't I?

Haven't slept much at all tonight, almost entirely because it's so ****ing hot inside. It's 78 degrees inside, which, while comfortable while awake, is too hot to sleep.

You know what's really messed up about it? It's because the air conditioner in my overpriced apartment doesn't work. The pump broke on Monday (blower still worked), so I put in a repair order. After they 'fixed' it, the blower has only gone on for brief periods of time, but at least it's been cool air in the brief functional moments.

It's only 62 degrees outside right now, and yesterday wasn't a particularly hot day, but with the cooler broken, there's no air circulation inside, and it stays hot. Even leaving the windows open overnight doesn't make much of a difference. There are just these little puddles of cool air near them, but nowhere else.

Should I give up my interests, or cut ties with Jesus and the Republican Party?
