+4 Doing okay since I got some good news from the doctor Thursday. Negative on the skin cancer. I get paranoid because I've been smoking heavily for quite a few years,(even though that doesn't cause skin cancer) and i know I've had plenty of carcinogens pass through this body. Maybe they didn't pass through? I'm not sure, I never looked into it. Anyway, i know i put myself into a high risk category, so i try to watch out for signs, in hopes that I can catch it ASAP if it ever happens. At least it gives me better odds. 8)

Had some other stuff go down recently, but that's another story that i don't feel like sharing right now. Someday......

Glad your check yielded good results Jawbrodt :) :D 8)

I went myself as I was suspicious over some of my spots and moles... my fathers family is very very fair and blonde.. I think all people should get their moles looked at from time to time.

Anyway it is great news to read!

Checking in.. I think a 5... had a nice weekend because of a lovely friend I have who made it so... listening to my other beatles cd and trying to yhink of things to do that do not involve obsessive net surfing and compulsive eating. Then will be continuing my web break, though is silly as really I am not good at staying off the web.

((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))) Im glad you are posting here. Not sure what to suggest as I dont know what to do myself when I am feeling bad. I wish life was easier but it never has been really. I think I have been feeling better recently because I stopped hoping for life to be easier... at least sort of sane.... but Im sure that is not helpful to you... I find that if I can manage my day even a bit that is sort of enough. It has to be. Anyway stick around.. we need you on the board.

+2. Well enough, but have spent nearly all of the last 2 days in bed with fatigue after overdoing things. Time to begin moving again, I think.

EDIT: Too fatigued to stay awake again. :?

+3

I was at 0 and numb/empty earlier but my mood has picked up in the last couple of hours and I don't really know why. Can't complain though.

+1. Feeling ok, but not my best day today. OCD still a bit of a problem. Really don't know how I survived all these years. Feeling quite awake right now (past 10 PM), but I will feel pretty tired and drained tomorrow, during the day. Don't really know why I feel so tired during the day.

^ I want to crawl inside your head to find out where the heck you come up with your avatars. That one cracks me up. Have your neighbours been evicted yet? That's some scary stuff.

How do you grade yourself when you have to factor in moodswings? I have swung from a content +5 (woke up with a full head but felt okay and ready to have a good day) to a -1 (when I was stuck in a very long lineup in a store and the two songs they played back to back happen to have very strong emotional attachments for me and it was the last thing I needed to be blindsided with and couldn't escape from), to a +3 after I drove home and did a 3 hour walk to clear my head, and now i'm settling on a +2 (okay, but thinking too much).

if I could put my brain in a box and forget about it for awhile, that would be a very good thing.

+5 I'm feeling quite a bit better after having a couple drinks. Even though I know that isn't the right solution to my problems, it's been a long time since i drank, so I'm going to enjoy myself. :drunken: I've been pretty anxious for awhile now, due to a med change and some other stuff, so i need to unwind. 8)

Update later? I hope not, 'cause that means my mood has changed. :geek:

Update: Nah, not really. I'm still at about a +4/5, so i don't know why i felt the need to post it.

Carry on.

+6 - It's been a long time since I've had a few drinks and let go. Now, if I could just rid of my annoying hiccups, I'd be golden. 8)
