-2. Looks like that one outing I mentioned a few days ago, which resulted in overload, has also resulted in some sort of virus. My throat is red raw and various membranes are starting to water. Now I've this sickness to deal with on top on my own ailments. Why are the hooman environments so damaging to me (I was only there about an hour, and washed my hands twice)?

-4. I'm upset by something that happened. The pain feels worse than this illness.

6. Which is pretty good considering not much externally has changed for the better! Although concern this is some indicator I am losing the plot, as also bought shoes today that I cannot forsee any reason to wear (they are kind of slu*ty, spike heeled things). They were also stupidly expensive. Ah well, they are nice to look at.

Welcome Uranium.

~

I went from -8 this morning to -3 at the moment (18h24 here).

Went out, saw my sister and her three lovely kids. Helped my niece (of 7) with geography (she has a test tomorrow), fixed a pedal of my nephews bike and drank a coffee (did some blah (3x).

Left her place and bought a Swiss army knive. My old one, the one my dad ritual-like gave me (don't lose it, son) when I was around 7/8 y.o. when we were on vacation in Switserland, was stolen two years back by some 'friends'. Um, one of them lowlives did.

I'm hovering about a -3 today. Overwhelmed and stressed about many things as well as just an overall feeling of depression.

*sigh* I haven't been in the Haven in a long time. Feels like today is a day I may need to post here.

Glad to see when new people join the thread. Hope people are feeling better who are down and glad people have new spike heels, swiss army knives, and 59 days till graduation.... :)

I am at about a 1 now. So that is an improvement from 0. Day a bit sucky and cloudy looking but I read that Friday and Saturday will be nice 8) so that is good.

Nothing much happening except continuing to take fish oil and be interested in health foods, and I am becoming mildly fixated on this you tube video:

Hey Zen Mistress, glad to see the trend is upwards..and gradual is probably healthier than suddenly :)

Steady 5. Home circumstances may get better soon. Especially as my mother finds True Blood deeply offensive so goes to bed early the nights it's shown. It's probably a bit too rude for me, however it counts as "me time" so I'm going to stick with it, even if I have to leave the room and make a drink during the sex scenes.

Which means I've had about 7 coffees in an hour.

Great to see a whole row of positive numbers.... :)

Ligea_Seroua, thanks, yes it is better to have a gradual, slow change for the better, though I want things to be better now :x but I guess I have to wait. Anyway, I am glad you are getting more space at home :) .

As for me I am still at a 1. Things that are bothering me still havent let up. So I am not so happy, but it is a nice sunny day and my boyfriend wants me to come over to his place. I havent heard from my counsellor about the psychiatrist she was meant to refer me to and I am beginning to wonder if I am even diagnosable anymore anyway.
