. This is good, but there are some problems, too - and some hiccups about the amount available and how soon.
When I deposited the check in the account only 1/3 was available then, for the other 2/3 it won't be til' Tuesday. This did rule out any thought I had if a room somewhere for a week -The 1/3 amount really wasn't't enough - especially since e the separate refund of the dish from the MSC got sent by them as a check to the BYS lawyer before he could tell them to get it directly to me. He'll send it, from NYS, later. Indirect! 
On another dude, my other piece of luggage, that backpack, full of stuff-
- was stolen. From a supposedly secure place 
. The tears are most from where it was stolen from, if only since I do have the cash - and I am used to " your only permanent possessions are what's in your pockets " 
, and those were unaffected - I had a release from breaking my back carrying it.I am now doing two days in a more tourist-y, costs less, motel, I'll get out Sun morn, tom'w. All the carried bad I have now is a reliable Walgreen's bag 
. All my clothes are just what U was wearing at about 8 O. M. last night, when I came here. Now past 1 OM, Haven't been out the door since. When I got the money it was really ultra imperative that I get acceptable pants to replace the hospital charity pants that I'd obtained Thurs., which were super literally falling down on me . I got a bit hysterical about getting redressed just right. I'll be back to the old grindstone Tom'w, Sunday, and will be only the clothes I'm wearing with a Walgreen's' bag HL til' Tues.

That’s okay though isn’t it? You said you were going to save this towards when you have a room to live in. PS. Glad that it came in for you!

...It may be better. However, I did want a fuller break from breaking my back. The delay was not the only reducer, the refund getting sent to NYS instead of being directly to me reduced the amount.
I now have the complete version of the above post up. By the way, a lead to, likely, someone who tried to sell some if the categories of the items that were stolen from me - to the store I bought them from!
