Well, that's a little too early. No worries of course but it's 16h41 here in Holland. (going to shower now and head out for the store to buy some food after that.... )(um, prepare it after that)

People think that if I am a Christian, I am intolerant. I don't have an intolerant bone in my body.

0 - After a bummed Christmas holiday, I've lost 10 lbs in 10 days, and I'm keeping it a secret from my family. I'm keeping it a secret, because they "know" me as a big eater, and I've told a little white lie that I've lost the 10 lbs in three weeks. My appetite hasn't been the same, since my Grandpa passed away, late last July and anything that upsets me dampens my appetite, even more, right now. I'm not bothered about my size, one bit. It's just that my appetite has been off balance, since than and anything that bothers me knocks it off balance. Christmas night didn't help much. Nor do society's expectations that men and women are supposed to be horny pigs with a sick sense of humour, once they reach the age of 20.

I feel that if unless I become extremely wealthy, liberal, and look like a male model, the only type of woman who will date me is the type who will go out with the first person who shows them any sort of attention, and all I have to do is be that guy.

In other words, she would be thinking "Finally, attention from the opposite sex!"

Curse these chemicle embalances in my brain! I should be much happier right now. The negative emotions I am feeling are down right irrational. Guilt, for buying myself lunch. sigh. Feeling like I am in the midst of a fight, when there is no fight at all going on, and nobody is in the room with me saying anything. They are a little like past emotions being recalled, just for annoyance. I am wandering if that group that was playing pretend urban combat yesturday didn't start this off a little here.

I was trying to take a nap, and yet again, the group in our complex was by the pool. This time, some kid kept screaming like he was in trouble, and they were pretend fighting. The fight part sounded real to me and my mother. I went to the window, and the kids was smileing and running, and this certain women had this black leather strap she was smacking agianst the wooden gezibo side. It sounded like a punch or slap to me. I didn't care for that, because it imediatly reminded me of my own fights as a girl.

Maybe that's where this "during the fight" defense emotion is coming from. Well, then it really bites to have this linger on into the next evening.

A 3. I feel good because though I binge ate chocolate this morning, I also worked out for half an hour. The gym ball my brother gave me is cool though there is always the danger of falling off it, which has happened a couple of times. Also I am worried about it exploding but I have been told that it is unlikely. Have lost a little weight and am showing a bit of definition in my abs. Feeling good in general, also, because I am not worried about what others think of me today. And I am wearing a new necklace made of turquoise.

+3. Down -2 from my previous post. A bit sad because of the sad things happening in the world, but still hopeful.
