Um...I feel like s**t, actually. It's been a nasty last 2 days, and it's wearing me down. Not sure what to do about it.

Having a "oh feck you", feeling smug and overly confident, a bit know it all.

Way more then minus ten but as the scale only goes to that...

-10.

I feel terrible, my brain is numb, tried to hang myself last night and failed, almost got killed by a bunch of concrete blocks flying off a lorry (pity) on the way to school and to top it off I'm three months behind in my coursework.

Part of me wants to kill myself, part of me wants to live. I don't know which part to feel.

I keep getting cold chills and haven't been feeling well for the last week or so.

Also the chest pains are back.

bored at work again.

-10, 000000. I was feeling as fit as a fiddle last night, and then all of a sudden I wake up during the night throwing up. It feels like I've been hit by a freight train. I can't eat, my head throbs. I must have picked up some type of virus. Just hope it's not malaria. It's been unseasonably hot for the last few weeks, and although malaria is virtually non existent where I stay, I guess you never know.

I hope nobody has malaria even in the summer flu viruses can float around so t is probably the flu, there can be some nasty variants.

As for me, a 3, I feel hapy though living with my parent but I mght be on the move oon.. then agan I might not. But if I do I am lookng forward to the change... damn this keyboard, qite a few of the keys do not work.

Low, -3/4, lack of energy, I'm seeing a woman psych for he first time, 3 sessions, it happened pretty random but every time it's the same, I feel so bad after seeing her, maybe I should just quit.

I'm feeling surprisingly well today, not what I'd call "great", but not bad either. Cool.

Aww, thank you zen. Well thank heavens I feel much better today. So it's not malaria. I was feeling really bad yesterday, and all manner of negative things were flying around in my head.

Well, it's 12 hours later, and i feel about the same, after many peaks and dips. I'm sleepy, and don't feel like elaborating, so i won't.lol
