-1. Insomnia, and stuff on my mind, and my best friend was mad at me for never returning her phone calls ("It works both ways!" she says, and I don't have words to explain why I can't be what people wish me to be) and I'm feeling really... inadequate.

-3 Threw in my job. I was there about 7-8 years. I should be happy, because they treated me like s**t and sucked the life out of me, and are one of the major reasons I'm on antidepressants in the 1st place...

But I just feel....defeated. Like I've been knocked down for the umpteenth time and I no longer have the strength to drag my sorry carcass out of the ring.

0, 1, or 2. Can't say with certainty which one. But since I made progress on learning some more of Toccata & Fugue for the piano today, it's probably a 2.

5. My whole body hurts, which I'm not sure whether it's due to anxiety or whether something's physically wrong, and I'm in a "curling up and hiding from the world" state of mind. A couple of positive points added because of my dog's overjoyed reaction at seeing me this morning.
