I'm trying to get an important report written and haven't been able to find a quiet place to concentrate on it. Writing is something that causes me a massive amount of stress and anxiety. I tried to talk to my mom, but the cell phone connection was c**p and I started yelling because I was upset that we could not talk and she responded by getting angry at me. I wasn't yelling at her, but at the situation. I just want to go back to my apartmet and hide, but I have class and seminar later (which should be nice since my crush usually is there too).

Thanks for letting me vent. I'm just very stressed right now and not handling things well.

Emotional = +10
Phisical = - 5. I have strange pains around my heart area. Too much stress?

3. Its 8.08 am and I am about to go to work soon.. weeding the commercial flower beds here at the farm.

There will be goat milking going on today too but I wll only be watching, not assisting. I just found out yesterday that the water here in the taps comes from various mountain springs in the area. Cool.

Ive discovered that I really hate weeding.. but then I discovered a long time ago that I loathe all work, if it isnt creative or expressive.

Not much has changed over the course of time so, I'm still at 5.5.

Now that I think of it wouldn't 0 be "not happy, not sad"? Seeing as it's from -10 to 10 which consists of 20 numbers making -10 0%, -5 25% 0 50%, 5 75% and 10 100%

-10, spent half the night crying/cutting myself.. wish I could undo my existence somehow..

+5. I went swimming, then had a lovely meeting with a nice person, and later I'll be going out on my bike.

Oh.
It's just I usually put 0 if I'm sad, and the minus numbers for me are usually when I'm exaggerating because I'm annoyed with something.

It's what I did until I considered how it mathematically should work.

That being said, -5. Worried about my dog, she had to stay at the vets overnight after having the tumor taken out.
