My anxiety medication is getting switched but the process will take the next 3 weeks. Along with that, I am being forced to stay with relitives for a week and then being toated around to a friends house the week after that. I'm jittery and uncomfortble because I don't have any sort of comfort zone and am being forced to socialize a LOT more than I would like to...

0. I might have to go on a serious diet, because I might be visiting my parents soon, and I will have to endure the most unbelievable amount of nagging and lecturing from 3 different sources, simultaneously, if I come home at this weight...

Did a full-on mental 180 in the last two days. Been completely chilled out for the first time in weeks, kinda drunk, a little bored but totally content.

2 Sometimes, when I cough, I soil myself. I'm on the toilet, enough times a day. It just never completely empties, when I'm on there, and I do everything that I can.

3. Well, it is -2 C outside. One thing is for sure, I am not doing any outdoor work today. But I am marooned here with this little dog until 3.30. So I am inside doing housework, and he is flipping around in a cardboard box with a ball and rawhide bone... so all is good, though I am a bit bored.

People who promised to leave me alone for awhile are doing just that...and then getting upset for not spending time with them whenever I see them. I catn' do socializing so frequently and it is becoming very stressful!!

1. Feeling sick in the tummy and couldn't eat my lunch. I don't know why though, I'm fine every other way. I need to eat but can't :(
