4. I've decided not to be angry at my mum, anymore. She's a contemporary person. I can't expect her to even fathom, how much The Kinks mean to me. contemporary people are the type, who aren't that much into the old music, anymore. They're cool, when they're young but than they change with society, and the times. I have nothing against the contemporaries here, though. The ones here, are my brothers and sisters, and you all understand and accept me. I do assure you, that I am not changing with the times.

What's to stop you from retrying Melbi? Plenty of successful dentists/doctors and what not have had bad terms and recovered. I know it won't exactly feel good and your pride has probably taken a huge blow, but things don't have to end here. :)

Thank you Darkword. I feel better today. Melbi feels tired sometimes especially when she tries so hard to make friends in real life and ended up scaring people off. And I really that scary? my depression, anxiety and the hyperness caused by anxiety tend to scare people... and sometimes I got too enthusiastic about connecting friendship...and people got scared. I know what my problem is but i kept making the same mistake over and over again :? :wall: maybe that's part of the aspie-ness...

Will keep trying...well, will try to keep trying :P

Yeah I no what you mean they where rockers, stoners , and hippies now many have turned into right wing pri$Ks whats up with that?

Quite a few (mature) gamers (here) who says they will always be gamers, I wonder if that will always will be the case. I suspect in my instance that will be so :) I've been gaming for close to 30 years and my enthusiasm has not waned (much) I think I need to take a break from FPS . :?

May be take a look at Nintendo I had the original NES though I soon lost interest as I really hated (at the time) Nintendo gamers I think their was truth to that stereotype, middle class (white) bratty people who loved to torment others (usually me  )

I was a Sega fan boy (the only one in a highschool of nearly 1000) and I was that stereotype (male) in the hood ( in the trailer park actually ) uneducated . broken home , poor etc etc., may be I should give Nintendo another chance?

0. I am hoping blue_bean is feeling better today. Still worried about her. I actually dreamt last night that I got on a plane to Australia to see how she was, but there are quite a few WP members in Australia. I went and met up with who I thought was her, but later I realised it was another member and I had the wrong person.

I hope she posts soon, anyway.

I am feeling 10 today. It seems that after one year and a half my antidepressants made a significant improvement in my life. I read my book about physics. slept (side effect of the anti-depressant) had acupuncture done was feelling very well came home. Unfortunately Uruguay lost to Holland. At home I read a little more about string theory, couldn´t make sense of it (Cosmic Landscape is the name of the book). At 6:30 PM my occupational therapy arrived and we went for a one hour and thirty minutes hike with him. I need to lose weight.

I am glad that you are feeling better, blue_bean, and perhaps starting a new life is not a bad idea... I have always enjoyed that sort of thing. Perhaps you could do a working holiday. I warn you though that when I went overseas my depression came with me. Nonetheless I had an amazing time...

And melbi it is interesting that we both had similar dreams. I think our minds were working overtime worrying.

As for me, a 3.9/// I am at home, at my parents house. It is exciting to be here, even though I am just sitting in my parents house in the middle of a quiet suburb, but it is just nice to be back here. The dog frolicked all over me and the cat came in and competed with her for my attention... I wanted to come back here partly for some clarity and I think it is giving me that. I fly back on sunday.... i hope there is no screaming baby on that flight as it was a bit hard on my ears today...
