I'm pretty much a -1 now. This is as high as I get, I always have anxiety and stress.

I'm in the negative range probably -4 seeing how everyday I'm dealing with doubt & uncertainty as part of having depression.. :oops:

I was going to say "about a 6"...

But after reading some of your posts I realize I'm probably closer to an 8.

I don't have any real reasons to be down.

Got paid for some work I've been doing and picked up a few nice cigars. I laid out on the swinging bench with one and saw a couple of good meteors while I was there. Nice evening. :D
