+4. I was very nervous before, but I finally faced my fear and went out to eat in a restaurant, my first time in years, and I never have a panic attack, YAY ME!! !!

still -10....family vacation and can't even enjoy it because my dickhead husband is making it miserable. only went because of my kids. still trying to cope with the fact that I'll likely be alone for the rest of my life once I leave...nobody will put up with me, he's probably right about that one... :cry:
