But mine are all just tears and anger.

you don't want to not feel you want to reanalyze the triggers of those feelings.. that's ultimately what changes as you get older.. what is making you feel sad or angry.. i would venture to guess something isn't happening the way you think it ought to.. analyze the triggers and see if that helps.

maybe you're emotionally sensitive and it doesn't take much to trigger an emotion.. i've been there and you need to find out what will help you slow down a response and if non-medicated ventures don't help like hypnosis.. prozac helps.. it had a bad wrap at one time but has still proven safe and effective and also helps with obsessing..

fill your mind with things that will crowd out the unwanted thoughts.. get busy.. accomplishments will help you too.. even if you just start out small..

This is starting to sound like one of those conversations between Vulcans and humans in Star Trek.

I tried that, by looking up porn as an alternative to being upset.

Sadly, it's actually possible to get bored of porn.

I know. :(

Then I can't find out what to do except take some depressants.

I play WoW until I can't stand it anymore (usually after I get to 80 again...) and then just start sleeping more.

In other words, I never will grow one. :(
