Yes, I should have thought instead of getting angry and spitting hyperbole. But I can't agree with the rest of your post. The rest of my message contained a valid point. I felt that seeing women as stronger than a man is pretty obscene. Now, he clarified later that he meant MENTAL strength, which is a valid assertion to make. Since I didn't know that at the time, yes, I got angry.

Do you honestly think WORDS are equivalent to being raped?

You think having someone talk crap to you out of emotion, is equivalent to having someone hold you down against your will and force you to have sex with them?

Please don't insult rape victims with that assertion.

there should be a mans forum so they can discus these kinds of things in a sympathetic atmostphere. Though I would have thought the haven would be a safe space where one wouldnt get flamed, just goes to show.

Mechanicalgirl, you do realize that words DO have as much impact, in a way. Though in a way that you don't realize: the f****d up legal system. In my opinion, those fake rape accusers are no better than rapists. Many women have made those false, slanderous accusations. Because of our legal system, women have this obscene power.

Now, this is not an attack on women. I have a pretty low view of humanity in general, but I'll never go as far to say everyone of a particular group is evil. In fact, I don't even believe the majority of women are going to abuse that power. But you do have to realize, the OP does have some sort of point there.

maybe the reason crazy, erratic women get raped (as so many victims on here seem to be) is because the man knows no court will take them seriously.

An insult flung in anger is not the same as a false rape accusation.

Yes, I was a dick for flipping out instead of thinking. I'm not proud, and I apologize to the OP. But the assertion that words are as bad as being raped is a nonsense. An insult is nowhere near having someone pin you down and force you to have sex.

it something like 8 out of ten rapes are not reported, then of those 2 reported, 95% dont lead to conviction, so I should imagine no women are being taken very seriously.

Btw, I think a men's forum would be a good idea.

I was on a young people's forum a few years ago and I'll never forget...there was this girl who was thinking of crying rape, but not because she'd ACTUALLY BEEN RAPED. She had gotten drunk, chosen to have sex with someone she barely knew at a party on an impulse, and once she was sober she regretted it and wanted to accuse him of raping her. Worst thing was she seemed to genuinely feel that it was rape because she regretted it. Needless to say we all gave her an angry talking to and she decided not to make the accusation.

But it's scary how some girls actually feel that if they don't like what they did when they were drunk, they can always cry rape and shift the blame elsewhere. Even if they initiated the sex. It's nut heads like this girl that lower credibility for women who really have been raped.

We had a men's forum, but Alex got rid of it; can't remember why.

Go to a brothel maybe once a week for about 6 months. Once in a while, have two at a time do you. Bring your condoms! Sample all the women there. Then you will have had lots of sex and you no longer have to feel as bad as you do. It's just sex, nothing to do with love. Cheer up.

i wouldnt mind if it was ok the way i was and i still counted as a valid person, but i feel strongly it is not ok.

I have pretty much no sexual experience either and feel like a lesser person. I got so desperate to lose my viginity I made a huge huge mistake.

I am jealous of these woman too. Really, I am. They can enjoy sex and and they have had no bad feelings from it. They have not been hurt like that and they have not been made insecure.

They really don't know how lucky they are. These women on WP go on about how awesome sex is and how they cant go without it, all the great sexual experiences they've had, I just want to slap them, simply for having it so good. I know thats wrong, but i'm only human.

So I know what it's like seeing everyone kissing a member of the opposite sex except you.
