trying to kill yourself is bad as, if you have a "mental disability" you are one step above human evolution and by killing your self you are stopping human evolution into the next stage happen

you dont care about that when you have no where to turn right now my life is alot better but before i couldn't go home or to school so dont say nonsense

Taking a walk or exercising can help with the pain. If you exercise long (or hard) enough, lactic acid will build up in your muscles and oftentimes, this serves as a decent (and safe) distraction from emotional pain.

van Gogh used to take incredibly long walks, 10, 12 miles sometimes more.
