Whe I'm having an anxiety attack, sometimes I use that time as an "excuse" for dealing with things that are bothering me. (i.e., working out something a coworker said that upset me, while I'm having an attack.) It gives other emotions a chance to vent and can sometimes make the attack go away more quickly.

Crying is always healthy, in my opinion. No matter who you are.

If it makes you feel better, why question it?
