she is no longer threatening to kick me out but she is yelling at me more for not knowing things she is well aware i dont know because my autism and instead of getting me help like a good parent should, she just b*****s at me

man. Maybe better for you if you actually move out of your own free will (safely and responsibly) as she doesn't sound at all understanding as is probably not beneficial to be around in the long term. I still live with my own parents so hopefully someone else can come along in this thread and give you some responsible advice on how to do this.
