Warning: I'm venting.

There are 3 words to describe my parents' house: messy, noisy, and chaotic. Yes, I love waking up before 8 in the morning to my Mom yelling at my brother or sister. The kids have trashed the house; there are toys and clothes all over the place. My brother is 8 and still wears pull-ups. So the house doesn't smell very good at all. I don't like the noise or the mess. It does no good to try to clean the house because the kids just trash it again in a short period of time. They don't even seem like my siblings because of the huge age gap.

I try to be very nice, but I have a quick temper and get annoyed easily. x_x

I'm in the same footsteps, Sophomore year in college, and recently discovered that my monthly pay would be low if I do apply a job in graphic design as a graphic designer. Yet, at the moment, I've been taking up serious photography without a single penny made, nobody bought prints from me(or at least not yet). And badly wanting to live elsewhere than Bangkok. Wanting to move to one of the Scandinavian Countries but not so sure about it.

As for where to move to, I don't know much about that factor....

Uh, oh. I don't think I should be so open. What if someone I know reads this stuff and finds out who I am? :o

Uh, oh...

I feel much better than I did earlier. It's good to know people responded to a small thread that was among hundreds of other ones. Mine is like a drop of water in an ocean.

Meh, the likelihood of people figuring out who you are is small. :)

Ummm....Why did I put something on here before 2 AM and expected someone to respond? I guess I was just too sad to really notice.

Look, just go ahead and do your homework on where to move to... I'll have to do MY homework too if I want to move to Norway or Southern France, I have to research the ups and downs..

If I were you, I'd make use of my Psychology passion. I may not post here on WP that much, and at times of being easily intolerant to the outside world, I still help people here on WP cope with some of the problems, if not all.

Remember that you're not alone for someone being in this situation. :o

It is full of hicks, but if you stick to the larger cities, you can avoid them.

I am so sad right now. Is anyone out there? Can anyone hear me? I will just tell you all about me and what is going on with me.

I am 20 years old and am living with my parents, my 8 year old brother and my 5 year old sister who does not have any disorder that we are aware of (she seems perfectly normal). I hate living here, but I don't have a job, thus I can't do anything with my life. I hate money because people just use it for control, and it's a necessary evil you can't live without. It has ruined EVERYTHING. My fiancee who is from South Asia is the most wonderful gift I could've asked for, but we cannot be together due to money problems. Can anyone tell me which city in the US would be the best place for us to live? We need a city that has good public transportation and that is close to an international airport and a university that has science and medical majors. If someone can give me suggestions, I would be greatful.

I have contacted a service that helps people with disabilities become independent, but EVERYTHING is going so SLOW. I want change NOW.

I have AS, so I hope people on here won't criticize me. I'm pouring out my heart to strangers. I will be very sad if no one responds to this thread.

I would say Chicago, Illinois is what you're looking for.

Well geez I was about to suggest Chicago, but maybe you already decided that's not a good option? A man I worked with said Chicago's transportation system is one of the best he's seen, and he's been all over, from DC to London to LA to New York to North Carolina. He told me that you can get anywhere in Chicago using that system. Chicago is where O'Hare International Airport is located, and there are some good universities around. You mentioned bi-racial, well I would think Chicago would be a good place to be as far as that goes. In any case, Chicago is close by. It's not as expensive as most places with good transportation systems.

I'm still taking suggestions about where we should live.
