I recommend these techniques a lot but meditation, and lots of relaxation is something I very much enjoy doing that offers great stress relief, and helps a lot with how I will feel. Anything that can ease my mind into the present moment, reduce cortisol perhaps, and help with my serotonin... I find meditation, Emotional Freedom Techniques (one such technique part of EFT I just recently learnt), and of course, exercise... being around nature... very good for peace of mind. These are good places to explore.

What is there that you like to do, that you enjoy doing? I am sure there are things that you do enjoy. Perhaps you can write reminder's as to what it is you enjoy doing, and what you want to do.
People often encourage me to write in a diary, which I might have a look into.
It does get me down as well that some people do certain things and treat other people without the due respect that the other people deserve... but these kinds of people who do such things are not worthy of your hurt... they are not worth it, and you are worth so much more.
