I can't believe I'm the fist to mention BOC's "Don't Fear The Reaper".

When I'm suicidal I don't want to listen to music as I'm not getting any pleasure or benefit from anything in life

I think Radiohead's music is exceedingly bleak and dangerous for a depressive person to listen to

When I've felt deep sorrow I have used some classical music to help me come to terms with things as it has
articulated the depth of my grief in a way words never could :-

Elgar's Cello Concerto

Gorecki's 'Symphony of Sorrowful Songs'

'What is Life?' from Gluck's 'Orfeo ed Euridice'

Slightly different topic, but I once had the idea of writing a song called 'I Don't Want To Kill Myself', the chorus would be:

I don't want to kill myself
I've got better things to do
You can't make me kill myself
Instead I might kill you

Not the most intellectual of songs, but now I'm tempted to actually write it.

Your right Radio head's Creep is one I left off my list but powerful nun the lest. I play this song and sing it when I'm on my way back from deep depression. Never at the bottom or it might just be to much. Yellow Ledbetter when I'm a little less depressed.
Creep

Yellow Ledbetter

I'd say 'No Suprises' is far bleaker than 'Creep'
