Well I like you p'mouse. :) We all get times when we feel we are trapped inside a bubble and all alone with no connections to anyone. I'm like that most of the time actually but have grown content with my bubble. Don't know why you want to be a member of the human race for anyway... you are a cute rodent. I've felt spiritual links with one or two people in my life; it is something of a rarity to feel that way with someone, a sense of being beyond body and emotions and almost like you are mentally merged with them, then eventually something goes wrong and you find yourself on your own again. Hope you feel less alone. Sending you a gentle hug... don't want to squeeze too hard, rodents are quite delicate.

I haven't seen this topic yet, but from what I've read you seem like a likable person to me. Intelligent and thoughtful (at least, you seem :) ) But I don't know if that means much as I only like hmm, ''weird'' people, or people who put some thought in. (forgive me if I don't know how to express myself due to language) When I see your avatar, I read.

But I'm just a newbie. Don't feel too bad about yourself. I think I can relate, but at least in my eyes, you're a worthy and interesting person.

Hey! I think as aspies or even on a forum its important for us to say how we feel. even if that is that we need a hug. or to be left alone or that we feel alone. so i compleatly understand. I have not been active for very long but i seem to like your posts! And we seem to share some interests. I would offer to pm you but i don't keep up with it very well would, you prefer to skype (text chat)?

Not offended.

People will read your posts and agree but then not saying anything because that's how aspies are. We communicate weirdly.

PuddingMouse, that is one of the most comforting things I've read here on WP.

Have you noticed that you aren't alone here and that people really do care? Look at all of the responses you have gotten. If we didn't care, then we wouldn't have taken the time to respond. I for one have yet to find anyone here who I really didn't like and that includes you. And interests? I like many kinds of music (even the German folk bands, e.g. Faun, Omnia, Corvus Corax, & others) and am all for si-fi. (My goal is to create the first Klingon Empire and take over the galaxy.) I also write on political and spiritual subjects.

Hmm, is there something in particular that is causing you to feel ignored, or not liked?

Oh, BTW I really like your avatar.

You just said something that helped me feel better about some of my postings here and more part of the community, thank you.

I could know you better than I do, but I already think you're interesting, thoughtful, real, creative; and I always muse over the associations when I come across your user name and avatar(s), they are very interesting to me too.

Thanks.

It's my 'real life' that's causing me to not feel liked. I don't have many friends and I'm single. I was in a relationship but even there I was alone and couldn't really share myself. I get the feeling a lot of people I interract with would dislike me if I acted my true self around them. I feel like a misfit everywhere I go.

If you have to pretend to be someone you're not to be around certain people, you don't want them in your life anyway. And by not showing people your true self, you deny those who would like you the chance to really get to know you.

I know, which is why I go around being myself and alienating people as opposed to pretending and alienating them anyway. :P

Puddingmouse was a nickname my ex gave me. It was because I'm like a mouse and I like desserts.
