In the future its best to ignore the posts of trolls. Report them by PMing the
admins. He attack CR because she confronted him. We should never publicly post replies to trolls. No words or logic will make them see the light. The only thing that can be done is to ban them and delete their posts from the database.

As far as how will CR recover. A person is their character and their physical self. He
attacked your physical self. But he showed he had no character. And he likely is a physically pathetic man.

I'll buy some bread and Bran Flake and start following the Canada Food Guide, tomorrow. The only things I need that I don't have, is fresh bread and cereal...oh yes, and oranges. I bought grapefruit by mistake, a few days ago. :)

They should have a sign saying 'Please don't feed the trolls.'

I do like the title 'I am losing the will to eat'...

It reminds me of a saying in poker:
You could be in a real juicy game where one idiot keeps getting lucky on the last card. Beating you for most of your money. Or you are in another game where everyone is playing 'tight as a drum'.
I think, "i'm losing the will to live in this game."

As for eating; i love to cook.
I cook up a curry sauce and pickle it for weeks.
Poach my fish in it.
Also sweet-potato curry with peas, sweetcorn, mushrooms or whatever.
When i don't cook a curry, then i do garlic bread & pizza (usually with jalapenos).

Anyway, my simple point is that you shouldn't let these idiots get you down.
Don't let them put you off your food or f*****g anything.

Grapefruit is nice but not to my taste either. Them orange grapefruits are quite nice.
Very tarty. I've been told i should keep it in the fridge for a few days with some sugar on.
But i don't know, i eat 'em raw.

I would recommend (very) ripe pineapples. Full of goodness. Enjoy.

I've gotten my appetite back. I'm going to explain myself, and I don't want anybody to laugh at me.

I was walking around town, running some erands, adimant that I would not be eating solid foods for my fisrt two daily meals, for a year or longer. Suddenly, as I was on my way home, I was in front of a candy stand in a Pharmacy. I've spotted the Aeromint Bars, right away. I've kept on talking myself out of the decision to buy one, until my reality hit me.

My reality is that I do need that one Aeromint Bar in order to recover my healthy attitude towards eating and weightloss. I've just bought and eaten the Aeromint Bar, and I've enjoyed a healthy amount of chicken at lunch time. Now I'm looking forward to making more healthy meals and eating more healthy snacks.

The thing that an Aeromint does to me is just as quirky as my Routemaster obsession. :P

I'm feeling a little sick to my stomach, after having that chicken for lunch. Perhaps, I should stick with the Slim-Fast a little longer.

I've found my will to eat, again. :)

All I need to do is set a daily calorie limit, so I don't gain any more. I'm around 195 lbs.
