Why don't I do humanity a favor and just go kill myself?

Dude, you have to stay away from those guys. You're never going to reason with them and you're never going to gain their respect or understanding. They exist online for one reason, to poke fun at other's misfortunes. You keep feeding them material and keep responding to their trolls. Half of what they say or do I guarantee isn't a reflection of your character, they're only saying these things because they get a kick out of making you feel bad. If you just completely ignore them, don't read their posts, don't acknowledge their existence, they'll eventually get bored and move onto something else that interests them. It's not fair to you to beat yourself up over what some cyber bullies think of you, you'll never meet them and they'll never be able to influence your personal life outside of the internet.

I deal with these feelings too. Today especially, I was just crying a few minutes ago. For what it's worth, I've heard that Tolkien just wrote and figured things out later. So if you feel lost sometimes, like you're not getting anywhere, that's probably a common battle for writers. To quote Tolkien, "Not all those who wander are lost."

I've experienced negativity on the internet too. It can really crush me. Life is challenging in many ways. But if we continue, if we carry on despite our struggles, I think there is a victory in that. Best wishes to you.

You can flag the videos, giving a brief explanation for the reports.

I guess that we should all be careful about what advice we give to the OP. We wouldn't want some "smutley" character, that apparently is so interested in the masturbation habits of WP members that one wonders if he's ever spanked the monkey before, to take screenshots of our posts.

In any event, Youtube does have an "Harassment and Cyberbullying" policy but it requires you to report it and it may not be considered if anyone else reports it on your behalf:

Harassment and cyberbullying wrote:
YouTube users share their opinions on all sorts of topics - from politics to religion, social media to celebrities, and much more. These conversations can sometimes become passionate, so it's important to be tolerant and allow for debate to flourish while avoiding malicious personal attacks.

It comes down to respect. If you're not sure whether a video or comment you've made crosses the line, follow a simple rule of thumb: if you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't say it on YouTube.

We take this issue seriously and will remove comments, videos or posts where the main aim is to maliciously harass or attack another user. However, at YouTube we understand the value of free expression, so please understand that not all negative or mean videos and comments will be removed.

When content violates our harassment policy, the person who posted that content will receive a strike against their YouTube account. Accounts that are dedicated to harassing a particular user or the community at large will be terminated.

Reporting harassment

Flag the video :If you come across a video that contains harassment or bullying, flag the video.

File an abuse report : If you have found multiple videos, comments, or a user’s entire account that you wish to report, please visit our reporting center, where you will be able to submit a more detailed complaint.

Learn more about harassment, how to get help, and how to avoid bullying by reading our Harassment and Cyberbullying article in our Safety Center.

https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2801920?hl=en

With regards to what they consider constitutes harassment, they say this:

Harassment may include : wrote:
Abusive videos, comments, messages
Revealing someone’s personal information
Maliciously recording someone without their consent
Deliberately posting content in order to humiliate someone
Making hurtful and negative comments/videos about another person
Unwanted sexualization, which encompasses sexual harassment or sexual bullying in any form

https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802268

I've highlighted what I think is the most relevant parts in bold. Granted, they do say that not all such videos may be removed but it's worth a try.

Report them by clicking on the following link and selecting the the options you want and follow the instructions:

https://www.youtube.com/reportabuse

Now one more thing, do yourself a favour and stay away from that forum. I don't understand why you keep wanting to associate with them when all they do is mock you. All they want is a reaction out of you and the more you react to them, the more they'll mock you.

i just read through this thread and looked at this "forum" where they mock you and WOW this is unbelievable that you are getting harassed like that it's not cool at all. I have 2 questions though?

1 are they taking what you have said out of context because it seems like they are showing some of the things you have actually said and taking stuff out of context is really messed up
2 the youtube guy doesn't seem to be doing anything lillegal i'm pretty sure making fun of people is parody did he make other videos using footage of you or footage he stole from you?

i hope things get better for you this is really scary stuff to think they can just pull that kind of bullc**p on the internet... ...

Get yourself a purpose. If you haven't got one your screwed.

If your suicidal instead of commuting suicide, escape/run away and have new adventures where ever it may take you. You have nothing to lose and perhaps a lot to gain. I did that and don't regret it. Now myself and my family are happier and I didn't let things hinder me. You are only trapped by your own mind :)

About my above post... you can't say that's impossible or that you couldn't do it for whatever reason at all when your thinking of suicide.

Death is permanent and there is so much outside your current understanding and current experiences if the world. Also having autism may slow you down but it isn't a prison just an obstacle.

Don't feel ethically obliged to contribute to society. There are no objective ethics. Which is common sense, but subconsciously we still assert them as if they're objective. With the amount of variables in this ambiguous existence it's futile to contribute anything in any way because without objective knowledge you may or may not be implementing detriments to a subtly hidden objective reality when you're supposedly transacting in a beneficial way. I come across as cold but most of the time ,although suicidals don't acknowledge it, they need logic to induce an emotional extraction. Don't kill yourself, find an escape from reality such as anime or some other surreal medium to create an augmented reality that takes you away from this distasteful one.

Dustpendulum what are your goals and plans in life? I'm guessing your not satisfied either. What's the point in having been born and existing if your going to never try and develop yourself.

Let's get real. Watching anime or playing computer games are TEMPORARY fixes, not permanent. You must find yourself a purpose and set goals it's that simple, not withdraw from life through games or TV shows. Sure you can do things like that too but as a treat not your entire life consisting of that.

Work at a supermarket and live in an apartment with merely a couch and a decent laptop. I'm quite a minimalist and the fields offered in the work force aren't worth the initiative. There is no objective meaning to life and to have to fulfill some purpose before death is a bit demeaning to existence. Maybe me watching anime is synonymous to the amount of fulfillment that you attain from winning the noble piece prize. People don't realize well enough that you can enjoy the simple things in life to the point that you can manifest your purpose within them, because honestly in an ambiguous existence with no objective reality it is illogical to say anything or way of life is more significant than any other. And yes I'm a nihilist before you try and persuade me otherwise

I do agree in some ways with what you say, but I like your attitude. I'm glad because so many people make me angry by giving up too easily and they can achieve things but don't believe in themselves. I just have a problem with people's attitude if i can think of ways ways to help them but they don't listen. :(

You really are in no position to give advice to anyone. Someday you'll be 60 years old still working for minimum wage and still watching anime in your apartment. And you're wrong if you think you'll be happy.

Connor - everyone has already said everything there is to say to you, and you refuse to hear it time and time again. Get a part time job and your life will be a million times better. "But my parents" is not an excuse.

Who are you to say what and what will not make me happy? What if I lack the need for emotional bondage? What if anime feels less empty than real life experiences to me? Family, friends, and other acquaintances have never instilled anything beneficial into my mentality. I guess you are right that I have no place in this thread with my void emotional stimuli, but that won't bind my ideals to any extent.
