If you're depressed that is likely to make you feel worse. If you don't have much self-esteem you will feel left out of everything and lonely even if you have people flattering you.

Make a post in the 'How are you feeling right now' thread and everyones number will go up by 2, I guarantee it

Ah ok. I understand now hahaha . Yoshie's avatar would make everyone feel more peaceful and make them feel better. I agree!

Thank you all for your opinions and responses. I also thank you for your advice on making an avatar. Hopefully, this will make me a little more noticeable.

One thing that I don't want to do is plagiarize someone else's forum. That's kind of why I'm careful in creating forums. I also try to be inquisitive so that I could try and open up. But the other reason is so that I can try to learn how to be helpful with Autism and AS before I begin studying Psychology and Sociology without hurting anyone's feelings. I know how it feels to be humiliated or offended. I've been there! Plus, I kind of feel sorry for those that are in a worse position than me when it comes to AS. I'm only high fuctioning after all. I also grew out of some of the quirkiness growing up.

By the way, I, too, want to say that if anyone wants to speak to me privately, feel free to PM me anytime, and once again, thanks so much!

I kind of have the opposite problem. Everyone here seems welcoming enough, but I just don't really connect or relate to anyone here, so I just come here for information and help, and to trade viewpoints. Nothing personal anyone, theres very few people in the world I actually like.

Well, Lunchbox, what ARE you viewpoints? Plus, if you have questions about AS, feel free to post a forum about it. When I feel curious and want to connect, I post forums based off of a question that I am thinking about at the time. Just be patient, for a connection will happen somewhere. I know that I have to be patient, that's for sure.
