I have a question.

Why do people consider you to be a bad person?

You are having a problem and you are posting in the Haven. That is the right thing to do!

I hope things improve with you soon!

People are suspicious that he might be a troll because he's posted some insulting comments on here that were suspiciously troll-like, apparently. However, in the threads he has posted in the haven, he has not necessarily been insulting and has only asked for help. I think people should respond to his posts in the haven in a positive and constructive way, or otherwise not reply at all.

I kind of hope he is, because then he's not serious about being suicidal.

Well then, where have I been lately? Is everyone serious?

Not everyone. :P

Anyhow, I wish that I could enter this
kind of state. I'd ride it, and see where
it went.

It's just after 9am here.
This is the earliest I've been up in ages.

Hallucinations that are recurring (which yours are) are usually caused by these:

Drug intoxication or drug withdrawal
Dementia
Schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder or Bipolar disorder
Brain cancer
Organ failure

It’s most likely one of the illnesses from the third one above, but you should definitely see a GP in the least as soon as possible, i.e., as soon as someone can take you, because you’ll need to have tests that will rule out life threatening diseases like liver failure, brain cancer or alien beacons in your brain....

It's good that you are aware of the hallucinations....

Yeah, but organ failure means you die in hours.

Having hallucinations also is a suitable reason to seek emergency medical care. You should tell your parents to take you to the nearest ER.

Heart won't do it; liver disease with hallucinations is usually due to drug intoxication ("alcoholism"). Brain cancer or some type of genetic disorder is rare as anything....

It’s most likely due to a psychotic disorder (schizophrenia, bipolar or whatever) that could be of a recent onset or misdiagnosed as ASD; and as long as you know that the hallucinations aren’t “real”, you’ll probably be ok.... i.e., see someone as soon as possible, forget school, the ‘net or whatever, just tell an authority figure that ‘I’m experience audible and visual hallucinations and I’d like to see someone now or at the earliest possible time.’ If you start feeling like you're unable to distinguish between "reality" and the hallucinations...it's best to go to the ER ASAP, if no one bothers to listen to you; organize the trip yourself (“911”).
