yoshie I hate myself because I am a freak-I've acomplished nothing and I think I will be alone forever
I have no friends and don't get along with anyone very well

I'd like to know more. First of all, I need to know about your experiences with AS. Allow me to let you in on a little secret. When I was about ages 9-16, there were definitely times when I really hated myself. I even felt suicidal at times. However, my family assured me that I was something special. Not only that, but they got me involved in music, which really gave me a focus. Those things helped me quit hating myself.

they claimed they did but what was said and what was done was two different things
I've not been happy for awhile
right now they pretty much just ignore me
I don't talk to them about my problems because they really don't care
i can tell
it's been a crappy ride and I don't see anything good up ahaid

You would be surprised what kind of opportunities you would have with your AS. Asperger Syndrome is both a gift AND a curse. I know that the most noticeable part of AS is definitely the curse, but if you play your cards right, you can be really successful in life.

As for your family, is there ANYONE who would sit down and listen to you?

Ok, well let's quit talking about your family and let's talk about your social life. Have you had ANY kind of friend at all growing up?

Its difficult to evaluate a situation. We people can think that we can say everything about our lives with just one answer: nothing matters in life, can't deal with people, depression, anxiety, poor sense of direction, aspergers autism...

Personally, I just have been obsessing over things that people are better than me.

Maybe its not up to me if I have to judge things around me: maybe I can ignore my "family" if its hard for me to deal with them etc.

I do know, in addition, that its difficult if one feels like a child, living at parents home (but only if that situation describes the one that you are in) and that its hard to leave home as a result of OCD, ADHD, and/or aspergers autism. Personally, I feel like people control too much of my life, because my mental fog makes me feel out of place if I go out and do anything so I ask for a lot of things. I only feel safe at home even though I would like to be somewhere else. The mental fog has been becoming lessened throughout time, though.

And tomarrow is always a new day... Sometimes I find my patience and learn that I can take a break from "the rut" that I am stuck in. This is also why I stay up at night a lot because I have time to myself without the stimulation from the day.

What you need now is a big hug:

*Hug*

*Kiss*

*Hug*

*Hair Ruffle* (couldn't resist!)

No-one likes it when I hair-ruffle back, especially my own mother.

not really...my friends were all very short lived
none lasted for more then a year
usually I've been friendless
(I had friends when I was little but my 3rd grade they were all gone)
I was never invited to birthday parties even when i had friends
it's not been a good thing for me friendship :(
