Not even if it was the man/woman/alien of your dreams ?

My dad's girlfriend is 30 years younger. Certainly makes for some interesting quirks in their relationship.

My 4 year old is desperate to marry an alien.

Well I am not so sure about that... thing is she has it all worked out, he is meant to brave the boiling oceans on Jupiter and get a diamond for her at Jupiter's core, then they will decide to marry, but not live on mercury (because of the ice and lack of atmosphere) and not live on Venus because of the deadly acid rain.... and then decide to return to earth and have loads of babies and cats. I just hate that she is going to have to lower her standards quite considerably on the dating front. But what do I know. Maybe in 15-20 years intergalactic dating will be all the rage.

Hope you are doing ok beaarthur.

Thanks, elsapelsa, much better; but waiting for a nurse to call about this second procedure he is getting next week. Since I manage the meds, all the "stop this 7 days before, and stop that 3 days before" is kind of confusing.

He's healing up nicely from round 1.

That is really good news on the healing. I put everything in writing (I drive my husband crazy with lists and diagrams and schedules!) in my head I already envisage a chart in different colours highlighting when to stop each medicine, would something like that work for you?

No - too much work. I just wrote down what to do on each date. That will do it for me.

But when the nurse call came, it was determined that they can't do the second procedure if he has had surgery in the past month, so I have rescheduled for early June. Frankly, that's fine by me, I need more time in between. But now I should call the insurance company to have them write a new authorization, since the original authorization ended next week.

It's always something!! !
