Just looked at the website I didn't read all of it made me angry, probably someone who dosen't have any idea about Autism.
I wouldn't worry about it Joe might be better not to go on that site stick with WP.

I think that might be because some autistic men don't understand connotation only denotation and by denotation some (higher than average number) autistic men are incel, but not all of these guys are misogynists. They don't realise that the word incel is used by misogynists as a battle cry.

I'm not saying there aren't autistic men who are connotation wise incels. But not all these guys who claim to be are. They just take language too literally and don't pick up on social politics.

By denotation not connotation there are a lot of aspie incels of either sex because we don't always socialise well enough to get sex/relationships.
