I finished up a lot of my senior year of high school online. I'm considering doing the same with college.

Do you know what you want to study in college?

It sounds like you need a hobby or a short term goal to enrich your life while you wait for your university course to start, OP.

I should find some activity to get a reason to leave house. But i couldn't find.

And i cant do much because of social anxiety, like going to gym, job etc.

It doesn't even need to be something outside of the house.

Let's see what may help you.....
I suffered a complete breakdown following a severe shock a year ago and didn't leave the house for six months. On- line grocery shopping provided a solution for food and household necessities. The longer I stayed home the more daunting going out into the world became.

My first walk out was to therapy and though only a 15 min walk it seemed an eternity.
I began my road to recovery by taking short walks, in the evening, (I felt more invisible in the dark) and I found a talk, or Webinar that kept me riveted for the duration of 30mins minimum to listen to on my earphone.

From there I progressed to short social gatherings, which though triggered anxiety I forced myself to participate in though I was pretty passive. There is a woodland near my house and walking there renews me, by the end of the walk I am usually calmer.

Finding an evening class for something you love to do may be a good first step to breaking the isolation mode because isolating really is addictive and it is difficult to break the cycle.
