Anyone Else Can't Wear a Mask?

If you're in the UK you can print off a card from the national autistic society saying that you genuinely can't wear one. It means that you're exempt.
Personally I think our doctors should be sending them out (to avoid fakes and to help autistic people who might not know this) but that's the system.
Personally I can wear my second mask. The first one I could wear but it was really uncomfortable. The second one is fine.

The problem I have is I am not diagnosed. I am on the assessment waiting list. I may or may not be on the spectrum. I know I have traits though.
The virus has come at the worst time in a way because I could do with knowing where I stand so I can explain to shops etc so I can get to use them. Not having been assessed, I can't say I am exempt. So public transport is out of the question for me. Various other ways it is effecting me.
I can wear one but only for like an hour or two before I go into overload and it has to be the really thin light weight ones I get from the hospital with these really soft ear loops and during the time I have it on it’s like I can’t think properly everything gets mixed up and I can’t focus on anything. It makes the concept of in person school impossible right now such is frustrating cause I do best in person. If I don’t wear one and I’m with my parents who are wearing masks, store people assume i have a medical excuse and let me go without especialy if i bring an obvious fidget or stim toy like a stress ball. However i dont go out of the house much anyway so when i do i try to wear a mask as much as i have to just to avoid questions.
