I know ive said this before, but it really sounds like you need to dump this GP asap.

I think you can just register somewhere else and they should take care of the rest.

not sure if it's as easy as that now? a lot of GPs have full patient lists,do they legally have to take on patients when they have enough already?

some gps [like that one] are extremely pro medical model,might be better to go to one of those bigger health centre type places, rather than the ones that just have one gp in,as they have more choice in manner,because if do not like one of them,are able to start going to one of the others without having to change over anything.
