The trick is to know which people you should allow to affect you, and which you should try to ignore.
I have never been good at this myself. I take almost everything too serious.

Zomg and Intensity allow it but you can insult each other too and it's not a support board so I'd leave the hurt feelings off the forum and the venting about how bad your life is. :)

My advice for posting online:

Don't post about every single problems you have, only post about some of them or it will look like you're out seeking attention.


When you run into an as*hole, defend yourself. Insult them back, do combats, but I'd be careful how you do it, people have been banned for being in a flame war or drama. Unfortuntily I can't be as vindictive when I fight back and stand up for myself because of censorship here so I do it on I2 or Zomg but I just have to be careful where I do it on there.

Berserker, I have the EXACT same problem as you. Understimulation/loneliness/depression making you need attention, but people think you jsut want it and thus ignore or abuse you, or push you out of the way/try to silence you because you're annoying. I wish you were over here with us; you'd fit right in with me, adverb, username88, rexmas, MADDuck, and I also want to invite Who_Am_I and Brittany2907 and maybe SpaceCase.
