The trick that I use, is to divert my thoughts to something completly different, to the problem that I'm dealing with, on hand. I hope that you can find your own bag of tricks. I hope that you're feeling better, soon.

Ebec11: I get these too, and I've kinda learned to use a focal point...like a picture on the wall...to concentrate on until the attack passes. Sort of like a woman in labor, lol. Sometimes it helps and sometimes I need a bit stronger medicine. *hugs* Hope that helps.

Errr: What are you even doing here? Is your life really that pathetic that you need to belittle other people this way? We have enough to worry about without you interfering, so take your sad self elsewhere.

The only thing I know to slow down hyperventilating is to have a cool off period alone. It'll take a few minutes.

You're a generous person and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. But the other volunteers didn't think you were cool enough to play Dungeons and Dragons with them so you made a mean facade to take out your frustration. I bet that's close. :)

how did errr manage to get 43 posts?
Is he even banned? I hope so, as he's just being nasty.
However, I'm sure he just hurting and taking it out on us. I've had those days, though I'll write letters (so I can't send them) instead of insulting random people.

I'm feeling better. I put on my insences and relaxed on my beanbag :D Then I went to bed, as it was 1am
