I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting, maybe how I typed something wasn't taken quite how I meant it to, whatever. I just need to dissapear for a bit and try to relax about it.
i wouldn't worry about such an obvious insult too much, (why would someone want to be and aspie if s/he's not? and why would being an nt be an insult. i don't think it makes much sense. maybe the person who has said that to you, was somehow a bit unstable or so, or had a bad day)
but if it stresses you, than relaxing is a very good idea of course ! hope you are back soon
