I don't have an identical background to some people here, so if my situation differs, or I disagree, some of them accuse me of being NT, of faking, of "trying to impress people." I'm of the opinion that I have asperger's, they don't have to agree, they can think I'm mistaken, but to attack me for being different? To use NT as an insult, for that matter? Part of it is against me, and that upsets me some. Part of it is just the obliviousness of it, of people wanting others to accept them, to respect their differences, then turning around and harassing others for not being the same.

I don't know, maybe I'm overreacting, maybe how I typed something wasn't taken quite how I meant it to, whatever. I just need to dissapear for a bit and try to relax about it.

i wouldn't worry about such an obvious insult too much, (why would someone want to be and aspie if s/he's not? and why would being an nt be an insult. i don't think it makes much sense. maybe the person who has said that to you, was somehow a bit unstable or so, or had a bad day)
but if it stresses you, than relaxing is a very good idea of course ! hope you are back soon

May want to switch that to overcast and rainy days, she likes the rain and the dim light that comes from having the clouds around.

I don't know if I have AS (I am self Dx) and have had doubts, but as someone () said to me, if you like this site, you probably are AS.

Also, I am sure I am frequently taken the wrong way. I think its part of AS. Don't stress. :)

I managed to build up enough courage and come back, see how my slight outburst was taken (in a different thread). Things got smoothed over. That, and reading everything that people posted here helped too, so thanks for that.

It would have been higher, but between the building stress over having to break my routines again to go back up to school (3 weeks with my parents is kind of nice, but its also enough time to get "comfortable" with new routines... ugh...), and the $1800 car repair bill from yesterday, it got balanced out to only liveable, maybe a little higher.

Happy birthday Corvus!

Up to about a 8. Got to talk with an old friend who I don't see much anymore which is always good (although I have a funny feeling that she's trying to set me up with one of her friends from now). It's also the weekend. Yea, no school for two days! Even the second research paper of this year can't get me down (today).
Plus I'm bouncing on a sugar high. Whee. This is way more explanation than required in this thread.
