^ Thanks for clarification - as far as picturing such mess can be named "clarification".
Apparently, US partisan fights are foreground here - but I think a decision about getting vaccinated should not be politically driven from any side. People from all the countries with their parties and ideologies have basically the same questions to ask. Unfortunately, availability of vaccines can be politically driven - but apart from that, objectively, the whole world rides in the same cart.

I agree. Partisans thrive on keeping people scared to death. The only thing anyone should be afraid of is being denied something that would save lives because someone needs to score political points. What has happened is a shift in thinking. If we can’t stop the vaccine, maybe we can REQUIRE people to have it in order to do certain things.

As long as Joe has the CHOICE to take the vaccine or not, all is well.

Zero deaths recorded in England, Wales and Northern Ireland again yesterday and the numbers have been close to zero for many weeks now, yet the government's advisors are still desperately trying to convince them that we must extend restrictions beyond June 21st.

So either they have little faith in the vaccines or this has got nothing whatsoever to do with keeping people safe.

Two weeks ago, the council leader in the area with the highest number of Covid hospitalisations (which was still a low number) was reported in the Guardian insisting that majority of patients have been vaccinated and had called for people to stop blaming vaccine hesitancy for the spread of the Indian variant.

We need to keep restrictions for a while after population-wide vaccination, otherwise vaccine resistant variant is inevitable and it will be the same s**t all over again for another couple years.

Assuming people would put up with restrictions that long whilst watching places less willing to impose CCCP like levels of control, such as Texas, go back to normal.

I dont know why but I thought of this video after seeing this thread:

I don't smoke
I don't drink alcohol
I don't take illegal drugs
It took me a couple of years to actually pluck up the courage to take the drugs I'm prescribed now
I don't have tattoos
I don't have piercings
I don't use Botox
I have never been pregnant (even though I want a baby)

Great video though. How can I share it on Facebook?

No dont get me wrong, this video wasn't aimed at you. it was just a funny video that came to mind since this thread is about fear of Covid vaccine.

The video is titled "people who are afraid of the Covid vaccine" under youtube channel "Cilvanis".

I know it wasn't aimed at me. I was just saying that vaccines aren't the only chemical substances I'm reluctant to put into my body. I'm wary of just about everything.
I want to share this video on Facebook, because I like it.

They could have made an almost identical video a year ago about people who were having nervous breakdowns in fear of the virus itself.

The most pro-vax people were probably among the most afraid of Covid, but they now believe they have a reason to feel safe and turn the tables on the people who were mocking them for being so scared of the virus.

Sounds like you are still fearful of both Covid and the vax Joe. I've got other things to worry about but if I didn't then I probably would be freaking out over this, but at the moment I'm finding it all very interesting and a welcome distraction.
