I did the dishes and I'm feeling better...more grounded and centered...I think water is therapeutic...and so is washing/cleansing...

4. Woke up not feeling all that well. Decided to not go on campus for classes today. Feeling ill sucks, but getting a chance to stay in bed and just relax is nice, even if the point is getting well.

Get Google Talk if you have gmail...very good little chat programme. Easy enough to get a gmail account if you don't have one. Anyways...
