Felt like puking earlier on today. Forcing myself to study for hours in a row without any strong external stimulation whatsoever is a good way to make myself sick.

-9, it is 2:32am i can't sleep, and i am grouchy (because i can't sleep), and i am also sad/lonely, which is why i can't sleep, because as soon as my head hit's the pillow i will start crying (for some reason i can hold it together when i am siting).
