I'm not dealing with school well, and the person who helps me cope with a lot of things fell sick last week. I waste hours in bed doing nothing. My mind feels like it's stuffed with cotton. I can't concentrate properly.

I don't know what has happened. It's been this way since last week. This is really different. I'm usually full of energy. I don't understand.
