A few hours ago I would of said a negative -4. I had a minor crying spell kinda related to my usual stuff except I was feeling bad for someone; sometimes I almost feel like stabbing my bleeding heart(I mean that figuratively like when Bernie Mac says he wants to kill them kids). Now I'm about a 0. I was talking about some stuff in my past on another forum & it kinda made me a little angry about things but now headbanging to The Offspring is helping me feel better

7/10, not perfect but pretty good.

The Offspring is pretty good, Pretty Fly for a White Guy and Come Out and Play are great songs.

-2. I don't know why, though. I felt fine earlier, even with the sudden demise of my mp3 player. I don't feel upset. I just feel a little inexplicably depressed. I think maybe I'm tired.

My emotional state has improved to about a -1 or -0.5, but my physical state has deteriorated to about a -4. Terribly tired and achey.

10. Missed the last bus, and ended up walking six miles in the rain through my city at night. Incredibly beautiful.

I just broke the scale on the negative end.

I'm getting more and more bitter as the days pass. I keep snapping at everyone. I'm getting freaking sick and tired of the question, "Who're you spending valentines with?". NO ONE. THE ONE WHO I WOULD BE WITH IS DEAD. I was positive at first, kindly explaining that, but having to explain that over and bloody over is VERY grinding on my positivity. I just want to scream at them to shut up now.

I want February to just end already. I despise this month.
