-5 cause my mum and dad are arguing and its on valentines day and I can see both their points of view and they are just hurting each other and themselves and I cant help them and they are making me cry like a little kid and I have a bunch of uni work to do and Im worried about a guy from uni who hasnt been in in 2 weeks almost 3 and he was an almost friend . And Im worried about what being around my mum and dad arguing is going to affect my younger sister. I hate not being able to help people, If I try it wont work, it never does.

Sorry for writing such a long list of stuff.

Feeling a pervasive sense of disgust about the human condition; I'm just living day by day, waiting to die. Everything I do is so sickeningly trivial, every single word ever uttered is so f*****g empty , there's no point in ever doing anything. -10, just too much stress that is completely unneeded and theres no way to get rid of it.

-10. Friend confessed to me today. I told her, quite honestly, that she was not my type. We got into a yelling fight. I'm worried our friendship is over, I really love her as a friend. I don't know what to do about that.

And I am f*****g stopping my habit of biting off the skin on my fingers, I made myself bleed quite seriously by accident today. I'll sit on my hands if I have to.

Same here, i do this all the time

Anyhow -8 but itll turn to a -10 when my mom comes home and i have to ask for gas money.

Well, numercal speaking I guess I'd be -4 for, I've been dealing with a great amount of unsettled torment in the workplace as well, I often feel out of place in some social scenarios...
