I'm feeling a little better now & am a positive +4. Being a random ADHD weirdo on another forum. I would be a positive +5 but I'm getting really tired & will probably go to bed soon. I wonder if my problems focusing could somehow be related to these mood-swings; maybe something similar to ADHD or lower-grade extremely rapid-cycling bipolar

-7 i think i have carpal tunnel wrist syndrome. it's now becoming harder to distract myself with my hobbies because of this...my future looks pretty bleak lately.

retail therapy isn't even helping.

i almost always feel "0", but at the moment i feel "-1".

i have business to attend to at 8 am which means i have to get up at 7 am, and it is now 1:13 am and i do not feel tired.

i wish i could trade the tiredness i will feel tomorrow after noon for the energy that i do not want right now that is keeping me up.

i have tried counting sheep, but as i become more dopey and sleepy, i forget what number i am up to, and i have to start the exercise all over again!! counting sheep keeps me up all night sometimes.

Both +6 and -4. The plus because I've had a fairly good day, spending time with someone I love... the minus because the sports break is coming, and I'll be alone for a week. Gaah.

Im back at school and struggling through lectures labs and exams and attempting to work more hours but that hasnt been working well, but I still so happy. because i have found people to talk to on here and that is a huge relief to just talk about everything ive gone through and am still struggling with

Bad, tired, bad, sad... Kinda worried about a friend as they've didn't answer a text, not been on facebook, not spoken since Monday, I'm probably over worrying tired as I'm sleeping worse than normal due to waking up with what's like really bad allergy symptoms in the night. Had a totally sensory overloading day yesterday and haven't had a chance to sort it out, now we have my wife's little sister staying the weekend (she's 11) and my daughter not going to her dad's this weekend so I won't really get a chance either :s not helped by my sons constant talking, I know he means no harm but it can get too much feeling like I HAVE to be more social and available than I want to/can. Hope it hurries up and passes, might go down to the sea tomorrow, that's always good
