-10...again. Something very sad happened at work and can't stop obsessing @ the ex. Life sucks. I don't want to be here any more.

- many after a overwhelming couple of days and I didn't get to go down to the sea today either (which would of helped) felt irritated yesterday as I just wanted to read a book I got but it seemed like everybody/everything needed something from me. my kids dad said he couldn't have them last night but would pick them up today but today he phoned up and is ill so that's upset my little aspie boy with all the changing around and annoyed my older son and I'm bored but don't feel like doing anything! god I hate that mood!

Band practice tomorrow, I was meant to know 10 songs, I know 0. I really shouldn't make commitments, ever :P

On the plus side, I finally read Keat's Ode to a Nightingale. Beautiful, really beautiful.

I just got done an hour of jamming on bass and bowed guitar.

I literally feel high right now I enjoyed it so much. My bowing hand is very achey because it was as if I was channaling my emotion and soul through that bow and into the guitar. I just couldn't stop. It was so beautiful I almost got reduced to tears.

There is literally no number positive enough for how I am feeling right this instant.

If there is anything in life worth living for, it's music.
